• Games on two fields with kickoffs at 6, 7, and 8pm at Conrad Sports Complex.
• Each team must have a a minimum roster of 10 and a max of 15.
• 17 and over (As of June 9, 2025) are eligible to play in the FVU Adult Summer 7v7 League.
• No "drop-ins" whatsoever. Rosters will be frozen before the first game and no changes will be made without league approval. Any team that plays ineligible players will be dismissed from the league with no refund.
• Teams have all ages and abilities with a tiered playoff at the end of the season. The league is competitive but all players have jobs and this isn't the World Cup. Bring a good attitude, and be ready to play hard but also have some laughs.
• Please clean up sideline trash before you leave.
• Please bring pinnies, corner flags, and balls back to the League Coordinator at the end of each game.
• There is no gender-specific requirement. You can build teams how you see fit!
• TEAM Fees will be $550. Your Team Captain (Program Package selected in your individual registration) will be billed $550 on their card provided. All other players should select non-captain so they are not charged.
