FVU ACADEMY
What is FVU Academy?
FVU Developmental Academy is our entry program to the competitive level for boys and girls U8-U10 or 2017-2015 birth years. Our foundational level introduces players to professional coaching and an advanced playing level to prepare players for competitive programming. The Academy serves as a bridge between Recreational and Competitive programs. Our Academy program has successfully developed a strong foundation of skill sets for players while fostering a love of playing the game!
What is the structure and what does it include?
Fall and spring seasons each include 2 training sessions a week with trained FVU coaches. Players will compete in two to three tournaments in the fall and spring. Teams will be placed in appropriate competitive brackets based on skill level. Tournaments are included in the fees! Academy players also play in 10-12 MYSA League friendlies per season.

Fee Details:
FVU Nike Uniform:
- All new players must purchase an FVU Nike Uniform set, including 2 complete kits (jerseys, shorts, socks), a warm-up top and bottom, and a bag – all custom! New kits will be purchased every 2 years (4 seasons) – FVU Nike Uniform set cost: $285.91.
- All orders will be held on our soon-to-open Club Page with Soccer.com.
- After completing assessments and forming teams, families will receive a separate email with the club ordering page.
- There will be opportunities for optional club-branded gear to be purchased at that time.
- FVU Financial Uniform Price Assistance Package Available: Please email damion@flatheadsoccer.org.
- 7v7 Academy – $400.
- $100 Initial fee + 3 monthly payments if you want a payment plan.
- There is a $75 volunteer fee which is dropped after hours are completed and recorded. See Volunteer Policy Here.
Financial assistance page. If you are interested in filing for financial assistance, please print and fill out the attached document. All Financial assistance paperwork needs to be sent to the FVU office by the required deadlines before each season. Deadlines will be updated on the website for every season.
