Our program features a first-class coaching staff that has succeeded at all levels of the game, in all corners of the world.

• Hailing from several different cities, states, and countries, each of our coaches brings with them a unique perspective of the game and style of play that originates from the community that they grew up playing in.
• Featuring former players at the professional level, our coaches lend their players invaluable guidance and insight into the work ethic and ability to thrive in identification circuits.
• Our staff has former players that have climbed through the ranks of the Montana soccer landscape, providing players with role models who have walked similar paths. From recreational leagues all the way to the professional stage.
• Our staff features former NCAA college players and coaches, providing first-hand experience and educational guidance for players eligible to start their recruitment process.

FVU trains at the Kidsport Complex in Kalispell and at Smith Fields in Whitefish. Our partnership with these facilities is decades-strong and allows us to consistently maximize our teams’ training time–and help you predictably schedule your family’s calendar–at what we consider the best fields in Montana!

A major advantage of having access to both facilities is that we are able to host all trainings, games and clinics in a controlled and consistent environment. That means you know when you’re training and where you’re training without any hesitation, months in advance. This makes scheduling and managing your life, and your calendar, easier. 

FVU is proud to offer the most cost-effective pricing for competitive soccer in the Valley. There are no hidden fees at FVU. For our competitive teams, tournaments are included and paid for in your single initial registration fee

Our non-profit mission has remained the same over our many decades in the Flathead and is focused 100 percent on supporting current and future players. Thus, all FVU fees are designed to directly serve the needs of our families and ultimately go right back into supporting players. We’re here to grow the game, your players, and the Valley’s soccer community (and beyond) as a whole.

We center our club’s core philosophy on reinforcing positive lifestyles for young student-athletes throughout the Flathead Valley, aimed at creating better people to in turn become better players. All opportunities created through FVU allow players to connect with individuals on an interpersonal level, develop leadership and integral life skills, and help them become active within their communities to drive initiative-based growth and change.
