COMPETITIVE/FVU SEASONS

• If a refund is requested prior to evaluations, registration fees will be refunded. 
• After evaluations, voluntary withdrawal will not result in a refund.
• If we cannot place a player on a team, we will refund the player’s total registration fee. We may offer practice player opportunities at a reduced fee.
• Involuntary withdrawal (season-ending injury or family relocation) before the start of the first game or tournament will result in a refund less than a $100 administrative fee.

RECREATIONAL LEAGUE

If a refund is requested prior to the start of recreational season games being played, registration fees will be refunded less a $45 administrative fee.
 

FALL/SPRING ACADEMY LEAGUE

 
If a refund is requested prior to the start of the earliest scheduled matches for the fall or spring Academy League, registration fees will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after the first weekend of games
